  • New to Translation Workspace: Just the courses you need to get started quickly.
  • Subscription Manager: Owns the management of Translation Workspace subscription, including plan selection and payment information.
  • Translator: Uses Translation Workspace linguistic assets (translation memories, glossaries) to produce translations. May also have access to bilingual review packages to carry out review tasks.
  • Asset Manager: Manages Live Assets in Translation Workspace, including creation and permission granting.
  • Project Support Engineer: Performs technical project support tasks, such as preparing files for translation, and making translated files ready for delivery.

Instructor Led Training

Translation Workspace users have access to a variety of free training topics in regularly scheduled online events. The expert Support Team walks you through features that are relevant for your specific role. Each session has time set aside for a Question & Answer session, where you can get the answers to your specific questions. Trainings are for users.
